The Employment Process:
The Search - The applications of potential candidates that have already been through our extensive interview and screening process are selected based on matching criteria and reviewed with the client office. A search is also begun for other possible candidates to give you the broadest opportunity to meet the best possible person for your position.

The Interview - Personal interview meetings are arranged between the employer and candidate, followed up by feedback inquiries from our Personnel Consultant. The next recommended step is a "working interview" with the top candidates to assess their abilities and give them an opportunity to evaluate the position first hand.

The Offer - A long term successful relationship depends not only finding the right person for the job, but establishing clear communications and an attractive compensation package. Sometimes a little creative negotiation is needed to bring both the employer and employee to a mutually beneficial arrangement. Guidance on preparing the offer is available upon request and agreement forms are provided at no charge . Documenting the agreement is essential to prevent any possible misunderstandings in the future which will put stress on any relationship.

The Follow-up - Just to ensure a smooth transition, help establish communication channels, and to assist in resolving any situations that may arise, our Consultant will be following up periodically with both the employer and the employee for a three month period.
