Since 1989, Nancy has been consulting with over 300 medical and dental offices in all areas of infection control, hazard communication and employee safety. She is the Director of our Employee Safety Compliance Program.

As a former Director of the Dental Assisting Program of the National Education Center in San Jose and creater/instructor of the Sterilization Technician program at College of Marin, she is right at home educating from behind a podium or in the dental office. Nancy is a frequent lecturer for a variety of courses sponsored by Outsource Resource, as well as, Dental, Hygiene and Assisting Associations and schools.

Nancy's training as a Registered Dental Assistant allows her to test new technology and systems in the "wet-fingered" environment and create practical solutions to regulatory demands.
